Even the mechanical room is laid out methodically and finished to feel like another room in the home.

All this in place, we also make sure that our trades have required insurance and Workers Compensation.

A guideline is provided in the Home owners’ binder, we also offer a maintenance package.

Our monthly billing includes copies of all receipts and a detailed cost sheet.

All our projects have a master schedule when they start, this is monitored and updated as required.

Throughout the build we work with the client and architect/designer to make adjustments with least possible impact to budget and schedule.

We endeavour to keep our workplace positive and energetic, all our trades work well together and support each other.

We keep abreast of new technologies and update our processes accordingly.

At every stage of the project we photograph the site/home. These photos are included in the home owners’ binder.

Our clients are encouraged to take an active interest in the build process, we have regular meetings, either ad hoc or at pre-set times.

Something that go above and beyond with so that you won’t have any issues with water once you move in. Where possible, all roof water is taken to the street.

At the end of the project we put together a binder for your home, this includes construction photos, manuals and important documents.
